the metal will blow because the surface is not clean or the metal got mix with other contaminant

my opposite neighbour is doing aluminium frame ,
cutting use circular handheld saw.
i from opposite can hear , i bet his beside neighbour sure suffer.....

but he clever , he maintain a good relations with all neighbour ,
and help neighbour ,

coz he dont want get himself trouble.........

i wan to learn too....do lot of research, thinking buying a TIG machine,bc it can do ARC weld too.... any advice?..or i should go for MIG?

If just normal welding it's quite easy, just remember eye shield and breathing mask and heavy duty gloves and also a fire extinguisher just in case.

If industrial welding is very tricky. Need to take exams. Because different materials react differently to different welds. Temperature, humidity, weld pattern, thickness etc need to be taken into consideration. Because later they will X-Ray the weld for inspection. Also after welding need to do grinding to smooth out the surface, and also paint it.

welding can help in carpentry work. those island at kitchen, u need weld hollow section to receive granite / marble as top. not bad le.
