QUOTE(iSean @ Nov 21 2012, 06:48 PM) Actually ini kesalahan ASTRO and TVB. Just observe those HK establishment opening their outlet in Malaysia. They insist their staff to speak Cantonese. This happens in Shenzen too. Even Japanese and Korean dont do this kind of staff when opening their outlet in foreign land.Mostly Cantonese shows. In Chinese Channels. So many type of dialects why must be Cantonese... Don't get me wrong but PRC > Cantonese. Since Simplify Chinese |

QUOTE(Weldon29 @ Nov 21 2012, 09:24 PM) I agree if its just the greeting part. But to force their staff and customer to speak their dialect is an insult. Will you accept if a japanese restaurant in malaysia start insisting their staff to ony converse in japanese to their customer? It just doesnt sounds right |

If they want to sure, it's their own lost if customers stop going to their restaurants because they can't communicate. Will you accept if a japanese restaurant in malaysia start insisting their staff to ony converse in japanese to their customer?
