Just observe those HK establishment opening their outlet in Malaysia. They insist their staff to speak Cantonese. This happens in Shenzen too. Even Japanese and Korean dont do this kind of staff when opening their outlet in foreign land.

Example of their HK outlets? Besides Tong Pak Fu, I don't know any HK shops.
