just went to branch, confirm that PSA cannot opt for
non annual fee whereby CS from Facebook or even call center said can be done at branch. like what
koala225 mentioned, the only way if want to opt for
non annual fee is close account.
MBB is really unprofessional with their standard whereby information given by MBB call center and branch staff are different. showed staff the proof of what was told but they are firm that the information given is wrong and cannot be done, even there are few customers visited the branch with the same case. maybe
koala225 u are one of them visited the same branch
finally, immediately close the PSA without hesitation whereby they force reclassification at first place and force to subscribe unlimited ATM withdrawal facility.
