The second complaint on these windows sound, then only they called the vendor come. At last, solved the window problem.
i afraid to say that PW gluk gluk sound should be never end and very high possiblity it will back in the future as the PW mechanism is based on spring coil which will cause the friction between the spring and frame after the grease dried up... as other PW design is cable type which used roller instead...
spring coil on preve (problem: friction between spring and frame)
cable type on gen2 (proglem: roller and cable holder made by plastic, will crack after years)
another design type on viva, myvi (no spring coil i guess)

Just to reinforce the point made by tineagle, wish the service staff handle the car better.
that why the reasons i never back to SC after the 3rd service of P2... may planned same to P1 if i going for preve... but i dont mind for warranty void... somemore have to pay 25%-50% more for those unnecessary services...
bcos i saw the incident that P2 SC staff open my air filter cover and throw it on the floor without looking on the floor where he should put, end up luckly the cover scratch a bit but no noticable...
Is it necessary to leave the car overnight for a rusty exhaust holder, and rust on one of the doors? Sent it to CoSE this morning & was told to leave it there overnight.
maybe proper painting required for the door by spraying method instead which may need overnight to dry up...
