Same here. Only when i press the accelerator pedal harder for a quick acceleration. If I press it gradually, it's fine.

First mapping, tried on highway, 120 to 150km/h, the car barely able to accelerate even at full throttle.

City driving experience is great somehow. Did mapping few days ago.
Tomorrow will have long stretch of 200km++ to test

BTW, to those who have that rattling dashboard, saw in Prevoc FB last night that one of the member have DIY it by have a small folded paper inserted on the tfar right dashboard against the A Pillar. According to him it worked. Huhuhu

come to think of it, we need to :-

-put paper to stop dashboard vibration
-tie fuel line hose to reduce mounting vibration
-put 3m tube to reduce sound noise
-put play doh to reduce wind sound
-cut carpet to pedal down more
-what else...

-gluk gluk sound when travelling at 90kmph and above
-windows klek klek sound going up and down - fixed new batch
-over cranking sound when starting - fixed new batch which is updated ecu and tcu
-asap smell in cabin - Even myself don't have this problem
-air cond noisy sound when blowing
-tank holder rusty - fixed long ago
-seat berbulu
-seat noisy goyang goyang like want to cabut already
-wiper hitting frame when high speed - easily fix by adjusting upon 1k service
-windows panel bulging when roll up
-door welding spot rusty
-car jerking when slow down - fixed by updating ecu and tcu
-head light not balance
-steering shake when do hard braking
-boot auto open - already been fixed long ago
-engine mati when reverse - I don't get this problem, so not sure
-engine cannot start - I never get this problem too
-engine cannot mati - never get it too
-etc etc

I sincerely hope we don't hear any more complaints as above for new batch..or else how to go global..Almera also claimed to be global car..

put paper to stop dashboard vibration      - I have no such issue, send your car into service centre to rectify it, perhaps poor fitting
cut carpet to pedal down more        - One of the 7-points free inspection and rectification by Proton, you can perform at any service centre

-Left folding mirror hitting the window glass
-engine bocor
-headlight goes dimmed at night
-cannot flash highlight at night
-back seat got noise
-back power socket loose
-etc..

maybe guys can add in, then we see what problem/s have been eliminated for the newer batch. I hope proton improve the quality for the newer batch.

New owners (silent readers) please give comment on your new ride. Do you have these problem? 

those who used to drive conti cars. CVT or DSG characteristic. they dont complain much about sluggish... but malaysian who normally drive light japanese ASEAN made cheap like kancil, vios  may feel preve is sluggish

I know what you mean. 
Don't know if I should say this is the "impression" that the old Proton's image being carried on till today? Especially those who never really own a Proton.
I personally being impressed by improvement Proton did when I look at the Persona, booked the car on the spot.

One more thing I can feel is, I can see there are quite a lot of "first car owner" who bought the Preve, I personally don't see this a good thing...    Some people simply thought they are buying a smart phone, almost zero tolerate to minor flaws as they never own other car, thought that other cars are perfect. Some even thought there's a problem but actually not, such as fan continue spinning after engine off etc... (can I say power window "gluk gluk" is not a problem?)

I start driving 20+ years ago (not revealing my age  ), I've seen/heard/experienced even worst problems, so I almost see Preve's problem really not serious, at least safety not compromised. If it related to brake, engine and driving etc... I will of course go SC immediately.

If really want me to complain, then I would say, the service centre. The uninformed staffs, the "don't care" attitude etc... that really could pissed off customers that trying to give Proton a chance to show it's improvements.
By mid end do you mean from 50km/h to 110km/h? The power is there waiting to be unleashed. Never tried those 150km/h to 200km/h though...

I wonder if your preve got like this after you on aircon for awhile? Because mine does got water dripping at passenger side. I think its aircon water so didn't bother about it. But is it my radiator bocor or what?

Another question, what is pinging noise actually?

my 10k service is up, but wait for my parts to arrive....ady exceed 1k mileage....perhaps we "date" there? hahahaha

not necessarily need to wait service then only go there...got problems also can go....

my wedding is at KL, but going to Tg. Sepat with my Preve early morning to fetch my wife, the picture that i posted was 1 day earlier before my wedding...just after the car decoration at my Condo.

i ask the mechanic where i sent to do my reverse cam and LED, he help me check, its the antenna problem, not ur HU problem...i also got same error even after u Clear it...

Oh which Service Center did you go to? Most probably I'll go to either Proton or EON in Glenmarie. I really need to get the static sound fixed, it's irritating my ears. 

5 days in and I've done 500km, cant wait for the 1st 1000km service.

Another accident involving Almera again. Pity the owner. New car though
