i think after mac 2012... coz before this... all my multi sim cant used... went to maxis center... they said need to re register multi sim... i think they give me a new no. and new sim... so after that i can use data on my multi sim... and only pay rm15 per multi sim no...

till today i when my line getting block.. only i figure out that my multi sim charge per kb...

ur credit limit put 1.4K izit?

should see ur monthly bill mah...
i check all my 4 line did not have data count...my unbill amount just RM115 up to today
i got 4 multi sim account but they FOC 2 charge me 2 for RM30 niah

every month i check my bill... from jun till oktober... all 200++... but bill for november... im had charge RM1,077.54.

This mean you already have multisim before March 2012 but there were problem with the sims and were instructed by Maxis to replace everything (including phone/account number) after March 2012?

If yes, compile all the details of your previous account (phone number, bill & Maxis branch that replaced the sims) and lodge an official report with Maxis. When calling Maxis CS, ask directly for a supervisor. Take down the names of all CS you spoke to (double confirm their names) and remember to ask for a Reference/Case ID so you can do a follow up call.

If Maxis cannot resolve in 48 hours, go make an official report with http://www.nccc.org.my/v2/ & http://www.skmm.gov.my/ and include all the details (old & new account info, maxis report reference id, the names of CS you talked to)

edit: Please take note of the date & time when talking to CS.

So to summarise his case, it could be just he changed his problematic simcards, and maybe the CSO made the mistake accidentally and this caused the fakap in his case ?

so unfair , before only rm15 per multisim , months later decided to give customer a 'surprise' with charge per kb w/o pre-alert , fight bro !

Added on December 9, 2012, 4:30 pm week ago there was one 'maxis staff' pm me he can rent out his data line to me at RM110 but limited to 12gb , could it be this one ?
