u can try MDMA V11 since the creator Ginggs mention support sierra wireless

I don't know what my area tower/base station actual capability

qxdm shows my QoS is 8640/8640
during the day my speed is lower than 8mbps

only on graveyard shift until 10 am or so can get >10mbps

some tower/ base station is older and less or lower capacity bandwidth,..

u wont get your answer from maxis,..

the only thing to test is using huawei modem with MDMA

hmm I think my area tower is 'old' as I'm in Melaka (historical city)

so the qxdm really didn't show the true QoS?

any huawei 21Mbps + above modem can check QoS,..

normally QXDM should be accurate but well, sometimes once a while it is haywire,.

so far i know window 8 dont support the QXDM

for other window , like 7 or vista, need to run as compatibility in window xp service pack 3 mode

yeah that's why i downgrade my computer all to Window 7 ultimate after this inccident,

guess need time for window 8 to really compatibile with most of the software we are using,..

previous I have try using QXDM, but still cannot.
now I give up. Later see have latest MDMA or not then test again.

guess have to stick with window 7 ultimate until the window 8 is mature first

QXDM can't use is one of the big lost ot us who using mobile broadband qualcomm chipset usb modem

plastics ? last time was told it is alum chasis and thus way cooler than the rest

that's why when purchase usb modem, need to purchase those have more support online brand than others,..

Tonight will upgrade to windows 8 pro..will let u know...

I've experienced this before
QXDM can only install if u have IE8 (win7 default)
it won't install if your system have IE9..weird

my tips: uninstall your IE update,eg the IE9 and use back IE8
then install QXDM
after that install back the IE (just use IE10)

but who needs IE anyway

guess this is the issue why window 8 wont support QXDM
