they can state a location is DC, but not enable it, like my area until i made a scene they opened it up

best thing is test it out yourself by using the right equipment,

This 2-3 days my speed are terible. Speed less than 1Mbps
Ping 2xx and above. Now worst 2xxx- 3xxxms.

does ping 3x-70x good for gaming?

yes, 70x is already very good, but i am never able to get such good ping, best is 90x.

my area is DC enabled
even I connected to it
but my speed is always below 8mbps
like its been limited

only at early morning (graveyard shift) can get 10mbps++

3G , most of the time , even if you have Good Signal (RSSI) , Good Modem , Enough of Power supply to the modem , there will be BOTTLENECKS created by lousy LAN cables and Router FW.
