what we one is :

E398 -> K5005 shell or casing


bro blacktubi sell us the e398 -> k5005.....how did he get that? he get it directly from huawei..not from vodaphone......hope u understand...it like e398 with cool design

my QOS is 42000, but kinda crowded here.. peak hour speed only goes around 300-500kB/s..
when morning only can get like this speed.. that why im thinking whether to change or not..
plus the havoc that happen a few days ago.. so if wanna upgrade it will be from hspa+ modem to dc-hspa+ modem.. better i take e398 with LTE support. or any other recommendation?

want LTE compatible IMHO got 2, sierra 320U and the one that u mentioned, yea, KL area rite? especially cheras area, all 42000 but speed

Mine is a E398 in a K5005 shell.
K5005 is pretty useless I heard, having compatibility issue with routers and quite slow.

This E398 was connected to my router with ease.

im at shah alam.. in my campus during weekend, speed is
my e367 can go until 1.5mB/s..
sierra nice? i tot not so nice? price range almost d same rite?

Haha.Still staying at Seksyen 7 ?The speed is quite stable here.Getting more than 8mbps even during peak hour.Right now :



Huawei E367 of course.Tested E398 U-18 the other day, getting more than 1.7MBps in afternoon.

Nope, didn't supercharge it, yet.
Because HW550-3G always has compatibility issue.
Let me try it with this router back in hometown later, then only decide next course of action.

Found out actually supercharge is not the actual culprit

It is the latest firmware which having a new bootloader which HW550 dont support

SUPERCHARGE a E372 wont have issue with HW550, if you dun use the latest E372 FW

this FW hav no issue with E372 even i use TX=33 ( Supercharged )



the E372 FW listed on Blackie's Supercharge Thread cannot use with HW550 but can use on MR3420

yup,,,i noticed yesterday...and in order to download it, i have to use a vpn service.

use google dns pon tak boleh ke? mine still ok..all file hosting still can use so far

is there anyway i can disable modem partner from autorun when i insert the modem (huawei e372) i used mdma most of the time..quite annoying had to close mobile partner manually everytime i plug in

well tplink still quite the most friendly router ever till now
