QUOTE(AHBOON @ Sep 11 2006, 03:29 AM) wow~!!tis the cheapest the saviest oil kelisa auto so far i seen in da forum i am not surprise on that mileage he is giving..may i know wat methoud u have done to ur fish? ibeen asking to the p2 centre, and i o;lady fed up with their atitude and reason, "its like tat one, its normal one..." anything can do to our kelisa ecu? mine manual manage to get RM43 for 420km...that average 10cent per km..mine is manual.. just change gear around 2900 to 3100..and when crusing ..use top gear and dun't go above 100km/h..and one more thing..slowly accelerate...and off the air-con when u dun really need it especially at night or during raining time as for ya ECU..nothing much you can do..just reset by un-plugging the battery terminal for around 2- 5 mins..then plug back and start ya car..leave it idle for a while..and thats it.. those what ever microcompressor..broquet..fuel saver...etc. doesn't work as what you expected. just stick with the basic rule "CONTROL WITH YA RIGHT FOOT".
think again...if such things is giving such great benefit...improve power..save fuel and so on..Why does car makers doesn't include them?..you may think that if by placing this gadget this will bring up the cost of the car...but then again..why are car makers going for more complex development like VVTI..DVVT..I-Vtect...and so on to give u guys better power better fuel usage. |

QUOTE(Doomsday @ Sep 19 2006, 11:51 PM) yo doomsday..most probaly is cause by water trap between the pipe and the outer cylinder thats cause the corrosion..It seems that you fixing the samething again...which IMHO..the problem will occur again...go to exhaust shop..ask them to potong the tip and re-weld a new aluminium tip..that will last longer and looks much better,. |

QUOTE(Forever94539 @ Sep 21 2006, 01:34 PM) So when servicing air-cond, what can we ask them to do ? I've never service the air-cond before since i thought its still very cold, so no need to service lor u just tell them do full servicing..charges should be range from RM120 and above. They will usually pump in new gas and wash the cooling coil which the service guy will take out under ya dash board..just behind the glove compartment. some ppl they wait until the aircon got problem only go service..but for my case..i service according to mileage. Every 25k just do full service no matter wether is cold or not coz sometimes even the aircon is cold but there is still problem with the aircon. QUOTE(mADmAN @ Sep 21 2006, 12:25 PM) IMHO, i still think its a waste of money for a stock kelisa with just air intake and exhaust mods to fit in these gadgets... u dont NEED all these gadgets if all ur gonna do is mod ur air filter and exhaust. Fully there will be some gain installing SAFC but does the gain justify the amount and time spent? the engine aint a performance engine to begin with.. more like a fuel saver with good power. unless ur going to tarboh-charge ur stock engine or do some massive mods that involves compression and cams and bla bla bla then diff la. EDIT: forgot to mention the SAFC will also serve the same purpose as RSM..bling bling and an invite to thieves This post has been edited by lonewolf: Sep 22 2006, 10:13 AM |

QUOTE(andychee81 @ Sep 29 2006, 01:47 PM) wow your car seems hardly travels. mine 1 1/2 year about 4.7k km liow. 4.7km for 1 1/2 years....show room car ka? timing belt change i remember i saw on the manual is at 80k km. anyway..the manual is written 100k for timing belt. Most of the SC will ask u to change when hit 70k(want to make $$, so ask u change earlier). best timing change is when 80k -> 85k. |
