btw do u experience this - everytime after long time of shooting with the camera continuously ( eg event ) right hand de 3 fingers sure joint kaku and sour 996 ._. or this need to train till xi guan 1? |

depends on how long and how heavy is the setup. your finger will xi guan to it.

yes I can see your setup. I'm using 60D with 15-85, add a 580EX II (equivalent of SB800 / SB900) and you see how heavy if can be.
Sometimes I hold them on 1 hand, shoot video while the other hand doing things. for example. 60D + 15-85 + 580EX II on my right hand as I use my left hand to meddle with the device. |
