Maybe you can bump up your ISO by another 2-3 stops (ISO 800/1600 if lighting not bright enough or 'low light' / 'dimly lit').
Also, 1/10s shutter is a bit too slow if handheld I think.
From your EXIF :
Camera Nikon D7000
Exposure 0.1 sec (1/10)
Aperture f/5.6
Focal Length 92 mm
ISO Speed 250
Exposure Bias 0 EV
Exposure Program Manual
Max Aperture Value 5.7
Metering Mode Center-weighted average
Exposure Mode Manual
White Balance Auto
Focal Length (35mm format) 138 mm
Quality RAW
Focus Mode AF-A
Exposure Difference -0.7
Vibration Reduction On
Active D- Lighting Off
i was thinking to increase the iso also...but i dunno how to change the exposure things with my d7000 cause i still new to dslr photo shooting XD..Also, 1/10s shutter is a bit too slow if handheld I think.

my friend suggest me to take as low iso as possible to prevent noise
