QUOTE(g88 @ Dec 2 2012, 06:44 PM) any install mudflap to your car ? If you have bodykit, cannot pasang anymore. choose either one.where to get silicone cover, boot tray, door tray, cup holder etc... Price wise ? I pasang few months ago. I posted the pic here. You can check my history post. I pasang at Penang Perai.. Around RM100 including labor charge. If you know how to pasang, will save you some money.. I checked website someone sell around RM60 ringgit. I dont have spanar so need to spend more money . The good thing of mudflap really save my time to wash my car... this is very good. As you know the car will get very dirty especially side doors when run into water and get splashed. Some of people said very ugly... well, I dont think so when I pasang black mudflap on my bright silver. Added on December 2, 2012, 7:50 pm QUOTE(dankers @ Dec 2 2012, 02:36 PM) I heard door visor might cause this problem. I heard about Forte in US having special fuel economy package listed as below:-
- Motor Drive Power Steering (MPDS) - “Smart” alternator - Silica tires (for LRR) - Aero enhancements. I wondering our Forte 1.6SX has all this features installed? If not, possible for us to install those? This post has been edited by bennedict82: Dec 7 2012, 04:50 PM |

QUOTE(kidmad @ Dec 16 2012, 12:49 AM) Already downgraded to 15" from 17". Some noticeable improvements. Thanks for your sharing. 1) Crawling speed. Every time releasing my foot from the brake it obviously crawl faster. I believe the acceleration had increase as well i assume? 2) Handling. Obviously it improve as well. Despite on 195/65/15 but how can you compare Yoko C Drive 2 to Silverstone Synergy M5? Synergy M5 is really crappy.. the grip was terrible on both wet and dry.. On the way back from kuantan it produce some screeching sound which gave me a shock. 3) Potholes? fear no more 1) Please tell me how much you pay for the 15" and what is the brand? Is it hard enough to support our 1.3 tons of car? 2) Please share will me later if you gain better fuel consumption. If crawl faster when release brake, means the FC should be better... 3) What is the disadvantage is reduce to 15"? Will it affect the cornering? I like to do cornering so much because it is stable with 17" stock rim. |

Thanks.Push AUTO Push Internal Circulation The AUTO light will be off but it still automate everything except the ventilation If u touch the fan speed then its not automate the fan speed anymore If u touch the blower direction then its not automate the blower direction anymore OUTSIDE vents will definitely get whatever smell outside... be it fresh air or dead meat or durian or exzos fumes |

QUOTE(mrfund @ Dec 18 2012, 04:14 PM) Guys, just out of curiosity....RM88 full tank using Ron 95 (Shell), my car can reach up to 511KM. Very good already. My current mileage is 5500km and only achieved 9L/100KM (fuelly.com) with mixed city/highway driving. This is after 1st service. Is it OK? I suggest you calculate based on fuelly.com method. More accurate. |

Kidman,Added on December 24, 2012, 11:04 pm suprisingly.. the low FC which was clocked.. 50km less was with petronas and shell.. After that i got back in track with Esso/Petron. Since using my BLM and Savvy Esso/Petron is giving me extra 20 - 30km extra milleage on each tank.. Dorno why. You changed your rim to 15" right? How much of fuel you have save for new rim? I am thinking to get new lighter rim also. But thinking to get 16.. Because 15 looks a bit ugly. Can you show me your car and rim? |

QUOTE(Ah_Bear @ Dec 29 2012, 12:33 AM) After 3 days my car in the SC.. My faith on Naza Kia's after sales service is getting down to the drain.. Bear, was called up Kia service Setapak to follow up on my car repair status today.. SA said 10:30am "tengah bikin ni.. repairing repairing.. let me check with the technician nnti i inform u" 11:30am .......... 12:30pm .......... 2:30pm .......... 3:30pm ........... "Encik kereta u we're waiting for technician from outside on the way to our SC to check on your car.. will let you know the outcome from that technician soon" 4:15pm ......... 4:45pm called back SC "sorry Cik Hafizah takde kat tempat dia.. tunggu sekejap ya I hold the line.. (music.. 5 mins.. 10 mins) 5:15pm call back again.. NO ONE ANSWERING PHONE.. OK Naza Kia Setapak.. enough of your lousy turn around stories.. you've no heart to repair or don't know how to repair my car JUST ADMIT IT. Your efficiency and product knowledge is so suck, people like this confirmed never trained before working at Service Center. I am sorry but I think that Proton's after sales service considered much better than you Naza Kia. I wanna puke on your passion-less service quality, hesitant dependability and imbalance QC of your product. For sure I won't feel confident for any outstation trips with my Forte this time.. given them 3 days for troubleshooting and decipher my "check engine" light litted problems pun tak reti.. still dare to run business at Service Center.. I had enough.. !!! Kia Forte will be my last and the only Kia I will own currently. Looking for a new ride soon. Planning to book a Honda CR-Z next year after Chinese New Year.. any other better suggestions ? Why not you try other SC? Even good brand car like Ford, or Volkswagen also have lousy SC. I am sorry to heard about your case. But we cannot said all KIA SC are no good. I suggest you try other good SC. Anyone, please recommend good SC to Ah_bear. |

QUOTE(Ah_Bear @ Dec 29 2012, 12:52 AM) Tomorrow morning myself together with my senior colleague will visit that SC "chung seong moon".. I think your problem is quite rare case. That's why they need more time to investigate. Anyway, I hope you will find the good SC to solve the problem. You must find a good SC. I have SC close to my home, but the sales agent asked me drive to good SC that is 50km far from my home.Looking at face to face, ask her to explain everything.. If their answers doesn't satisfy me, I will drive my car off to Puchong Kinrara SC right away.. I've been to Ford SC beside Federal Highway to service my bro's Focus, n00bish speed of service but hey at least they'll get things all done nicely by all customer's request with flawless works and problem free.. This Kia SC.. ? find the source of problem also took 3 days.. also couldn't explained to me consistently and logically.. everyday, every hour different explanation.. HEY KIA, FYI, MY TRUST ON YOU IS NO MORE.. |

Anyone has changed your hydraulic steering of 1.6SX to MDPS(motor driven power steering) steering? I heard it will be lighter and also save fuel.
Wondering if this is possible and what is the price. |
