No one else uses Canon FD >100mm with their NEX?

I dont use Canon lens, but have got excellent results with Nikon 100 mm and other custom adapted lens like Schneider, Wollensak, Bush & Lomb (Rapid Rectilinear - for the soft effect), with not issues of image out of focus. It is all in your hands and how you focus.. Learn the art of holding your camera well and you will never live a day having to worry about it again. IF the adapter works sweet for one Canon lens (in your case), it will work good for all Canon (for the same mounting). If one off the lot do not focus to infinity, it is probable that lens need infinity focus alignment.

What I do find from my experience is with 75-100mm it is much easier to master. Anything longer, you need a bit more experience.

I think you're using it with Canon EF lens? I'm refering to Canon FD lens, those are the old lenses and aperture can be controlled. Just wondering how feasible to take, let's say if I get a Canon FD 135mm F/2.5 - probably need to use shutter speed above 1/200 for really shake-free photo...

No one else uses Canon FD >100mm with their NEX?
*
ya, is EF lens...no aperture ring on it. old lens with aperture ring then should be more convenient for setting.
shutter speed for 135mm i count as at least 1/135 or less, safe shuttle~

well... yea.. let's all do this. I'm sure we've seen each other at workshops before.

Hmm.. Pandai pandai la, roughly the areas..
Central: KL, Selangor, Negeri 9
North: Penang, Perlis, Perak
South: Johor, Melaka
East: Pahang, Terengganu, Kelantan
East Malaysia: Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan.

Remarks.. : just wanna minum, or wanna include location shoot first then only minum? or whatever u think is appropriate. Maybe can just add your ID and ignore the location, date, remarks if you are not so particular.

I think no need all regions to meet at the same time lah. If your believe your region has enough persons can jalan first. thumbup.gif
