SEL35F18 and SEL50F18 which one mis more gooding ?

Of course 35 or wider, 50 is too long on apsc body...

I was just wondering if it is difficult to source Sony e mount lenses like the regular ones? How about the one from Zeiss? Hard to find in KL?

Anyone know how is the Nex 5R battery life ? izit got improvement from the previous 5N

5R: Up to 330 images
5N: Up to 430 images
NEX6: Up to 360 images
NEX7: Up to 430 images

Thx for sharing this useful info , i tot 5R will have better battery performance over previous 5N

currently using D90+Tamron 17-50 F2.8(just bought this lens few months ago), due to the size was thinking to switch to NEX.

any comment worth the switch?

I am also in the same situation. I am using D7000 + lots of lenses. Since I bought my GF1 2 years back, my D7000 just sitting in dry box. Until yesterday, I decided to let go all my Nikon gears and jump ship to Mirrorless fully.

Reason is I too used to the GF1 light weight and lazy to bring out the heavy Nikon gears!

I switched from D700 , even my sb900 flash bigger than this kit set...
Now I can bring it everyday

wow..a FX user jump to this tiny machine,does the NEX let you down in term of picture quality & satisfaction as a buyer?

Do you using any flash for your nex ??

At least keep your Nikon lenses lah, can be reused on NEX bodies.

Damn.. I think Kai screwed up this review, felt revolted after watching this review of NEX-6. Irritating poo jokes, immature and not enough substance.

Manual focussing with strobes it's kinda an oddball as I couldn't know what f-stop to which when using a manual adaptor.The Raw's file latitude is not bad and way richer when compare with 550d.
