Em..maintenance stil high even w high density.. 4.5 yrs construction period, even though got dibs but loan lock up w bank for quite long time then..

If 10% downpayment = RM80k. Sell RM1m. Profit RM200k - capital RM80 = RM120k net cashflow = 150% return = 30% per annum. Not too bad laugh.gif

Okay, just came back. At the moment, only Block A is open for booking for staff and previous ytl homes. Block B's booking depends on Block A sales.

All units at Tower below RM800k sapu d. For those who are looking to sapu below 800k, better go early tomorrow.

Btw, one the ytl land guys was saying will increase 10% for next blocks. Haha. I am like shock.
