During phase 1 launch sold out 7788 oso some haters say its cowherd mentality. Now that phase 2 go up 10%, all bang balls and shut up, don't dare to talk about it anymore.

During phase 2 launch, where despite after budget announcement, people still line up from the night before with sleeping bags, each buyer limited to 1 unit only, given 1 min to choose unit, prices > 1M for units <1.2k sf, 80% solded within 1st day, oso haters find fault. Now, tell me which other condo launch has achieved similar success? Which condo launch got limit one buyer 1 unit? Which condo launch got limit 1 min to choose unit?

Comparing to other launches? Wanna compare to a Jalan Ipoh development with mega advertising effort? That now even simple thing as DIBS oso don't know got or not? Or compare to a leasehold mixed development project in Sunway with smaller build up?

It's not about boasting. It's about how tough it actually is to secure a decent unit. And a condo for that matter. It points out simply 2 things

1. YTL is consistent in how they treat each buyer. 1min to choose. Same for all. U can't choose within that time, please step aside coz there's other people waiting impatiently to buy.

2. 1 unit/buyer. Again, to be fair to the mass market. They don't care about selling out as fast as they can. Limit it so more people get a chance to own one.

And all these haters comparing it to this and to that just makes it so laughable. Which other developer limits these so more people can buy? 99% of developers dont gove a shit other than making the most profit and selling out fastest. This ain't hype. It's a 900+ unit project.

YTL ain't like some newbie developer with big name family connection that after selling still can't commit to black and white DIBS.

YTL ain't like some newbie developer with a recent sold-out launch nearby even before Fennel phase 2 launch that suddenly cancelled its DIBS and left all buyers fuming. What's the difference between a developer with a proven NAME vs Newbie hopeful with father connection? Reputation & integrity.

For block C, just understanding the logic of it, 2 things can be sure of.

1. No DIBS
2. Price not lower than current

That would already account for a roughly 7% increase. And as for any price increase, it would really depend on when it launches. If within the next 6 months, then I reckon minimal increase. If > 1 year from now, then the quantum range can really be anyone's guess, and depends in how the property market is doing then.
