As you can see, it is stated that there is a two years warranty coverage for that phone.
My phone's digitizer has recently malfunctioned. Brought the receipt purchase which stated clearly 2 years warranty to the LG service centre and was told that it is out of warranty.
SIS is no longer affiliated with LG and the service personnel contacted SIS but has never gotten any feedback from them.
I paid the repair cost for the phone because I did not wanted to waste anymore time.
Contacted the seller, never got a reply. Anyways, the receipt clearly stated that warranty is covered by SIS/LG.

is kinda tricky that how it works actually
LG malaysia itself is offering 1 year warranty and then when reached distributor hands it maybe they have some agreement with LG providing 2 years warranty OR it still 1 year from LG malaysia and the second year is with distributor warranty itself.
i think your situation is...LG changed main distributor thus caused you unable to claim the warranty AS the warranty policy could be the 2nd year warranty is distributor taking care of it.
sorry to heard that bro.....how much you paid for the digitizer? you drop it?

second condition it might be still LG 1 year and second year is from the SHOP itself.
mine were second year from the SHOP stated clearly during my purchase from a dealer at sungei wang.
also LG phone is all the while is 1 year warranty...thats why i also curious until i also ask in that thread
