Who knows... I bought it Dec 2012.
But it does face this problem. I had an accident because of this steering wheel being stiff when I was slow.

I some times wonder if I should have just bought a Preve CFE or a Hybrid Jazz considering how this Myvi drinks petrol.

But I guess if we weigh the cost upfront:-

1. Myvi !.5 SE = RM53000
2. Jazz Hybrid = RM90000
3. Preve CFE = RM69,000

Then it's a different story, isn't it? Still, I didn't expect the Myvi 1.5 to be a petrol guzzler. I hope this can be rectified tomorrow at the 1000km service.

Hi
Service took 2+ hrs.

They reset my meter average or something. Got the car it showed 12.1 km/l and not 9km/l anymore. Drove home from S17 to Bangsar and it dropped to 11.4km/l. It fluctuated at the traffic lights and when I drive it now starts moving from 11.1-11.9 km/l. At traffic light it showed 12.1km/l again.

I made a complaint about my average 9km/l and 290km full tank issue.

They checked my steering column and found it didn't need replacing.

They updated my gps and it seems responsive on first use. As in detected satellites but maybe cos sky is clear today.

Resetting your meter of the average FC can be done by yourself actually and it's normal for it to fluctuate once u reset it as it needs to detect on how is your driving style  and also the traffic condition you are in. After some time, it wouldn't fluctuate much anymore. I guess they didn't do anything about your FC complain. Not sure about what they can do about it though but would you consider yourself as a heavy footer?

Apparently, they told me they opened something up to change it. And I was like, "did u guys just press the left button?" They apparently did something. Never in my 1200+km did I reach 11km/l until now. Previously when I pressed the button on my own did it twice... It made no diff.
