Anyway, rm1500psf + small layout + ff + discount + freehold + launching next year + SG boss + dtz marketers... Should be ok isit?

At 1.5k still below psychological 1mil mark. Think it should do well given the location and product. Can compliment st mary big sized units nicely. Got money can buy qua with upcoming catalyst in nearby jsi and jrc itself.

Why this building surrounded by so many trees? Izzit in the forest or in the city?? Hahahaha...

Dont bother by the ai la. But still cpuldnt locate the exact site of this manhattan.

Opposite Menara ING...

Looks like the value is on the name.

When is this launching? Anyone have more specific details with size of unit? Time to crunch some numbers.

0.47ac site. Only singaporean can make this work or else hongkies with their typical space constraint problem. If at 1350, it should be well received i guess when areas like pj icon already shooting 1k psf.

Bro Kochin, so you think still worth getting a unit there? Both my wife and I were very interested in this project, need expert opinion and research.

Depends on the price lor. Make no mistake. I am not an expert. Just personally like this part of town.
