When is this launching? Anyone have more specific details with size of unit? Time to crunch some numbers.

Below is the information I've gotten, will register with them and hopefully able to head for their 1st preview.

We are pleased to inform you of the exciting new development coming up in Jalan Raja Chulan, developed by the well-established United Engineers Limited, Singapore.

Noted. I like this part of town too, freehold makes it appealing to me and not forgetting low density. You going for the preview? They have yet to finalise the preview because 15th of Nov (Friday) is a public holiday which link to weekends, developer afraid low turn out as people leaving town or going for holiday.

Definitely there will be discount, price estimated should be around 1350psf, still on the high side though. Walking distance to Pavilion is why I like it but better head for preview then make final decision.

Highly doubt they will launch preview tomorrow cos till today no news yet.

SA came back to me with a short message today, I'm sure some of you already inform the brief details below. (Information still pending confirmation)

1) Units from 19 level and below will be fully furnished with GRR of 5% P.A for 2 yrs (what is GRR btw) rolleyes.gif
2) Units from level 20 upwards unfurnished and no GRR
3) DIBS with free legal fees for both Loan and SPA agreement under panel lawyer and bank (OCBC, HSBC and MBB)
4) 5% rebate and some discount (Never specify what discount rate yet)
5) Booking fee RM20K.
6) Launching date not confirm yet but should be pretty soon.

Just sharing what I've got here and please note these information still pending confirmation.

How about The Horizon and Tribeca? Maybe you wanna use this as comparison? I'm eyeing that land by TA Global Sdn Bhd near Pavilion, opposite Audi showroom but don't know when they will announce their project.

By the way The Manhattan is ready for viewing starting today, I was quoted there's adjustment on the price which come up to 1500 - 1600 per sqft blink.gif funny that they don't have confirmation on the discount offered and yet open for viewing rclxub.gif

Came back from viewing show unit, I would say not bad but they've yet to have all details work out, not sure when it will be out either. Those interest can just go to the showroom.

Not allow to take photos so can share anything here. Sorry guys smile.gif. Now taking Quill City Mall into consideration, until I have further details for both projects then only can make final decision.

Bro, they have yet to finalise the pricing and discount as mentioned. This viewing is for the purpose of accepting booking in advance before the official launching. No idea when those details will be out, should be within these 2 months.

Loft 2 bedrooms is RM 1,741,000 on Level 28 and RM 1,745,00 on Level 29th (Highest floor). 5% discount while balance 5% payment upon signing of SPA. I did not ask for further details as you can see the price have shot up quite a bit. For those interested please call them or proceed to their showroom for further quiries.
