At 1.5k still below psychological 1mil mark. Think it should do well given the location and product. Can compliment st mary big sized units nicely. Got money can buy qua with upcoming catalyst in nearby jsi and jrc itself.

0.47ac site. Only singaporean can make this work or else hongkies with their typical space constraint problem. If at 1350, it should be well received i guess when areas like pj icon already shooting 1k psf.
