I do respect LGBT, for sure and I will challenge anyone that criticizes, mocks or bashes LGBTs. People have the basic right to their sexual and life preferences and I strictly accept them as they are. However I'm only against those disgusting vultures who are looking at the opportunities to bring misery to those victims by smooth-talking into giving away all their life's hard-earned money and life savings. Top of everyone's minds ... what is Bank Negara and Barisan Nasional doing now? Why so slow? Who are they really protecting? The above image gone viral yesterday is the perception of those who are personally affected and whose livelihoods were robbed in broad daylight on 1 October 2012. The majority assumes the authorities are always right and turn a blind eye to those crying for help, human rights and justice until they are personally hit.

Genneva customers who were "sleeping" (not politically conscious or not bothered with what's happening beyond their backyards) has woken up thanks to BNM's unjust raid of Genneva Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

50 days gone by and still counting. By the end of this month, 60,000 Genneva customers will feel the pinch harder without hibah for two months and consultants will be without their commissions for three months. What will happen to their dependents from aged parents to children and the sick from all communities and all walks of life?

Customers have gone to UMNO including the highest authority, the Prime Minister who is also the Minister of Finance to plead their case. Yet no answer is forthcoming.

What will Genneva customers do? What is their last recourse for what it is worth?

Our take, these Genneva customers and their dependents will not only make it a point to go to the polls at GE-13. They will probably join the awakened citizenry (who upholds integrity, justice, and the rule of law over any other interests is necessary to combat corruption) to CAMPAIGN for the opposition.

Who is more believable at general election campaigns? The rants of mega scandals and wastage of tax payers money exposed (view list below) or these Genneva customers and their dependents who tell their own true stories at election campaigns how Bank Negara Malaysia, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Trade and Consumer Affairs, etc had done them in?

Who holds the top four positions in each Ministry ... politicians, voted in by the rakyat at general elections.

When will the next General Election be held? ... Anytime before March 2013.

The writing is on the wall, literally at Genneva Malaysia Supporters FB wall.

Marketing experts will agree nothing beats "word of mouth" and "testimonials" in any marketing campaign, be it products, services or causes. About the venue, Debbie is right, the place which will make most impact is BNM itself. But if it is within the premises, chances are high that they will get thrown out by the police. Maybe just outside the gates on the kerb. Putrajaya, not effective unless one wants to meet the PM but all they will ever get to meet is PM's special officer who will just bullshit them off. Parliament, yes my second choice, large place for gathering outside the gate leading to Parliament. Most effective during Parliamentary session...send a memo and request an MP or MPs to receive while session is on. But since this is a ponzi scheme, will any MP even bother to be concerned.

(Note: The other condition is that they must get permission from the authorities in charge of venue and agreeable by the police under PAA 2012)

They are NOT adhering to the Peaceful Assembly Act 2012. All their suggestions point to an illegal assembly. The authorities in charge will NEVER give permission for Putrajaya, BNM or Parlaiment. The police will probably suggest an enclosed stadium where they can syiok sendiri and shout till their throats get hoarse.

Scenario 1 – For those with physical gold

Pawn Shop. The average pawn shop would offer an interest rate of between 1.8% - 2% and the buying price may vary with the estimated price of between RM120 per gram to RM150 per gram pending on the price and the location. This is but an estimated guide.

Sell to gold wholesalers. There are several of such avenues depending on your location.

The steering committee is too skewed towards protecting the directors and the company. Notice no mention of any options to sue the company or directors for delay in delivering gold or payment of monies (a gross breach of contract). If its a straightforward buy and sell transaction, as all of them claimed, payment and handing of gold should be made immediate.
