I have strong reasons to believe that he is NOT a qualified lawyer at all, just a pretender and a FAKE. Why??

1. His legal advice are all unsound. Almost all lawyers I spoke to or read from postings said that investors have a weak case against BNM because the agreement is between the investor and Genneva and they have no locus standi to sue BNM. Now he comes out with some grand idea about a judicial review against BNM and until today has come out with nothing.

2. His call for 60,000 investors to make a police report against BNM is a dud. He himself has not made any and those who tried can tell you how futile this is and were warned against making a false report. When confronted he gives lame excuses and ask people to follow the pace. Where is the so call 'perfect' format/template police report that he promised??

3. Genneva is under investigation for a host of offences ie from illegal deposit taking, money laundering, improper documents, hiring agents without licence, tax avoidance, fraud etc....but Casey only focus on money laundering (Sec. 44(5) AMLATFA) ie the infamous 90 day period of his. A good professional lawyer would cover all areas and would NOT spew half truths focusing only on money laundering and the 90 day period. His credibility went down the drain after nothing happened after the 90-day period.

4. If one were to read his postings on GMS, he appears to be a rude, arrogant moron with a superiority complex. The way he handles himself is certainly NOT befitting of a professional lawyer.

Yep, agreed..they believed that they're a group of superior beings that can make money out of thin air...those who dont understand the way their money is generated are all primitive beings and if the primitive beings so much make any noise will be cursed for 7 generations.

Pretty quiet now on the GMS front. After all, the 90-day self-imposed deadline has passed and absolutely nothing has happened aside from both Dee and Andrew blowing their tops and going mental. I wonder what the steering committee are up to right now. There needs to be some damage control and fast. Looks like people are getting impatient.

They are strategising now. They already countered by issuing an article on BNM and sustainability. Now they need to come out with some new hope or ideas to keep these people from doing anything but wait for the next 14 days or 30 days period.

yes pretty quiet... writing some very touching articles.

Yup, make it happen damn it!! Enough said and NATO. Where is that f* template?? Make sure you state that you were robbed in broad daylight by BNM. Also include the statement, 'BNM are robbers of gold and money of the rakyat' and that you want the police to investigate them....or else it will just be a lame, pathetic report. Finally Lulu and Casey, make doubly sure that your reports are scanned and posted including those of directors and mgmt.
