Andrew arranged a meet-up with Mazlan? - fat hopes man. Who the F* is Andrew Ng that BNM would want to meet. He's is NOT the president or chairman of the World Bank or IMF. Even Shereen or the committee could not meet with Mazlan. Is it even proper or appropriate for any of the CONsultants or mgmt to meet up with BNM at this late stage of investigation where BNM is on the verge of pressing charges against the directors. Yes, Andrew definitely needs psychiatric help and treatment.

I hate to say this but I feel a lot of flers on GMS needs some kind of psychological help and counseling as they appear to be irrational and lost touch with reality starting with the admin.

This would make the situation even worse for investors especially those holding the gold. With the price slump, their losses will be great unless they are willing to wait...but for how long. Who knows??

Frankly I feel that the whole police report drama by Dee Casey and Lulu will just turn out to be a DUD like their foreign bank transfer farce. There's no way that they can claim that BNM robbed them of their gold and money because the assets have NOT be handed or delivered to them and they will be making a false report. Likewise they cannot say that BNM has acted malafide (in bad faith) when they 'unlawfully' raided Genneva and because of that, they lost their assets. BNM had NOT raided their individual premises but the company's premises in Kuchai Lama so only the company has the legal standing to take legal action. Furthermore under the vast powers of BAFIA and AMLATFA, BNM has every right to search and seized assets if Genneva is suspected of any wrongdoing.

BTW accusing BNM of daylight robbery is outright slander and defamation. I too will rest my case and wait for magical Monday.

A police report should be made if suicide is made a tool and a mean to justify their ends.

About two weeks ago, Nora if I'm not mistaken mentioned that the Genneva office in Melawati has been taken over by The Gold Guarantee (TGG) and will be open for business on Jan 7. A lot of the senior CONsultants jumped and screamed at her accusing her or rumour mongering. Well the cat is out of the bag. TGG has taken over the Melawati office. Is this an indication that the Directors are liquidating their assets like offices etc and planning their getaway?? Is this also an indication that Genneva's demise is imminent and Directors know for sure that they will NOT be able to resume operations again?? Is TGG a subset of Genneva....Genneva Ver. 3.0. He appears to be a shady character and SHOULD be reported to the Malaysian Bar.

I strongly suspect that the report made by this 18 year old Chinese student is Lulu's son. Lulu is so coward to make the report herself that she sacrifice he own son to do it. What are the giveaway indicators?? Read below, this is interesting.

1. The report was made at Taman Tun Balai Polis which is in the vicinity of Lulu's house.

2. Remember Lulu keeps harping that she has NO money to pay her son's college fees.

This young man's single mom bought Genneva Gold so that he can benefit from the hibah to supplement his daily college expenses. Now, no gold and no hibah.
(Sounds very much like Lulu talking doesn't it??)

3. Ha ha, if the below statement isn't Lulu talking, I'll cut my d*** off.

The Album 'The Joshua Tree' by U2 happen to be one of my favorite albums.

In the write up, it says that the students single mum was the one who bought the Genneva Gold for the son's education bla bla bla. BUT in the police report, it's clear that the kid admitted that HE was the one who bought it i.e. saya telah membeli emas 999.9 tulin seberat ___gram dari GMSB.... SO THIS CLEARLY SHOWS THAT THE STUDENT HAS MADE A FALSE REPORT AND THAT HE CAN BE CHARGED FOR DOING THAT. And I wonder what sort of mum would jeopardise her son' future by asking her son to lodge a false police report.

Remember that the contract period lasts only between 3 months to 6 months and they are up for renewal or buy-backs. So it certainly won't be ages ago that she bought the gold. If she gave money to her son, then his report should read, " Saya telah membeli emas tersebut daripada wang yang di beri oleh emak saya" which would be more appropriate as the IO would surely ask, how a young 18 year old student came out with thousands of ringgit to purchase the gold?

Ha ha ha...yeah GMS suckers..go out by the thousands to make the police reports. All these reports on Genneva will ultimately end up with BNM...ie on Mazlan Ahmad's desk. The Genneva investigation is solely under the jurisdiction of BNM (makes sense - BAFIA and AMLATFA are both under BNM). The Commercial Crimes Division of PDRM is merely helping to take reports and forwarding all of them to BNM. LOL

I hope it's not the same one with loads of money to invest in Genneva Gold but dropping out of college because no money to pay fees.

We have been saying it all along - the directors are the worst slime balls and scumbags that cheated and conned seniors and 60,000 customers of their hard earned money and life savings. They ought to be just shot dead together with Lulu who is paid to defend these dickheads by leading those GMS sheep to the slaughter.
