QUOTE(Akonn @ Dec 25 2012, 12:15 PM)
These people only show their fake bravado on facebook but dare not make any reports. Do they know that making such reports against Zeti, Mazlan, BNM is totally futile and could only backfire on them. Instead they could be arrested and charge for making a false police/MACC report  just to maliciously spite and put a government official in trouble, obstructing a government official from carrying out his duty and of course, defamation. What proof do they have, it's all heresay, wild accusations and slander. At this juncture Bukit Aman is seriously working with BNM to nail the perpetrators of this massive ponzi scam where so many seniors lost their life savings because they know the inside story of this horrendous scandal.
*
Shush. They do read this forum (I think). Why do you think I have been daring them to go make the police report? Because I suspect that the police won't take too kindly to having their time wasted. They might very well get dragged into a backroom and end up questioned by the CCD instead.

Rats. Now that you mentioned this, they might just turtle up and stay home instead.

Indeed, many investors have 'wise up' to the scamming, cheating, conning, duping, brainwashing, hoodwinking by these devious characters and are taking legal action or reporting to the police/BNM. Lawyer’s demand notices are arriving at the offices of the company. BNM is now interviewing investors, consultants, staff and officers of GM, etc in their investigation process. Even Princess Chairman is not spared.

I suspect Savanna Sim is a pseudo name used by someone in the Management to churn out these articles to PREVENT litigation and legal action against GM at all costs. Don't be fooled by these devious calls and GMS brainwashing propoganda. DO the right thing to protect your wealth and to seek justice.
*
Yup, the people writing all those long-winded 'factual' articles are all hiding behind anonymous pseudonyms. The only ones who are out in the open are Shereen and Andrew Ng (no pic, but supposedly a real guy), but none of their postings are 'official'. Yet there are idiots who put so much stock in what they have to say.

There's a big difference between them and us here on this forum. We do not care, nor is it really important to us if anyone trusts what we have to say. We're just putting our opinion out there and its up to readers to decide if we're credible or not.

GMS are expecting people to believe in them. As such, I think they have an onus to reveal themselves. After all, they claim that the company's operations are not illegal therefore they have absolutely no excuse to hide like that.

This Yeap Kim Lai makes me rolleyes.gif with that long-winded post of his about socialism and why it fails. Its copy-pasted from somewhere and the intent just fails so badly. They complain like mad about capitalism on GMS, one would expect that they are socialists except now Mr Yeap is also complaining about that too. What the heck are you folks than? Fascists?

Alright, you peeps who 'Liked' the GMS page just for the sake of making it easy to follow news or so you can post comments need to unlike it. Its really annoying that they are using it as propaganda to show that they have a lot of support. Friends of fans nearly 8 million? Seriously? Anyway, those numbers are meaningless. Chances are I might even be part of that figure because somebody I know might have liked that page for whatever reasons. Do they honestly believe that 8 million Malaysians will support them on this? HAH!

Their self-imposed deadline is coming up soon. It'll be hilarious if nothing happens on that date. I wonder how will they react. Will there finally be a flood of police reports and lawsuits. Seriously, I hope BNM just decides to well...maintain a state of silence, just to stir things up a little. Don't speak up just because they demand you speak up.

Any of you saw this post by Pat Lu?
*
I saw. I was like, so what happened to your company Rayma? You abandoned it just for the sake of Genneva? If you have physical gold like you claim, can't you just sell it to pay off the Ah Long? Oh wait, you bought it an a huge markup and would have to take a huge loss if you sold to anyone else but Genneva.

I would feel sorry for her except she's also responsible for dragging I dunno how many other people into the same situation as her. So nope, no sympathy from me there.

So these r the directors being sued?

Tengku Muhaini Sultan Ahmad Shah, 56, Philip Lim Jit Meng, 55, Ahmad Khairuddin Ilias, 54 and Tan Liang Keat, 40

I don't understand why Andrew got so mad whenever I brought up about the report they vowed to make and yet to make. Once, he scolded me so hard for making a big deal bcos 9 sued Genneva n told me not to panic when 9000 sued BNM " next week" by date, next week already passed way too many weeks.

Some ppl mentioned Andrew so pro directors and might be related or getting paid.

I sometime also wonder if he is the sharp pink shirt guy in the video
*
We've already established the identity of the pink-shirted guy earlier. Can't remember his name right now though but he used to work for Standard Chartered.

This Andrew keeps harping on and one about "who says we can't sue the authorities" yet you don't see him taking the initiative to be the first to do so.

QUOTE
Andrew Ng
Who say citizens cannot sue the so-called authorities for their abuse-of-power, misdemeanors, offences and even blunders?

One has to be considered 'not-so well-informed' in order to be 'not-in-the-know' .. when you last check yourself?

NYPD sued in record numbers — RT
rt.com
It’s another red-letter year for New York’s boys in blue: the New York Police Department has spent $185 million to settle lawsuits filed during fiscal year 2011.

That's a terrible example. First of all, RussiaToday is not exactly known to be a credible news source. Its is an interesting alternative for when you want to find out what the western media isn't telling you, but everything they report about has to be taken with a grain of salt. I will never cite them as a news source for anything>

Not that the article isn't true though about the NYPD being sued, but what about it and why so surprising? Using the US as an example is pretty terrible. That country is well known for being lawsuit happy. Its the country where someone successfully sued McDonald's because their coffee was too hot.

By all means, sue BNM. No one is saying you can't. In fact, I DARE YOU TO. Don't just talk about it. Do it, or you are not a man but a CHICKEN. A cowardly hypocrite who only knows how to talk but dares not act.

Just read that TGG has moved into Genneva's office in Melawati and will be opening in early Jan. GMSB is dying .... it's offices, one by one is slowly but surely closing down.
*
Yeah, well TGG also made it onto BNM's watch list in spite of GMS complaining about why it wasn't there before. Anyone who takes it up is just jumping from the frying pan into the fire. Anyone who is stupid enough to sign up after what happened to Genneva deserves whats coming to them.

Same business different name?  hmm.gif

Same type of business, and frankly if you ask me, very likely the same people behind it though. Different directors now though, because whoever is behind it all needs a new patsy.

Think about it. TGG had the contact list of Genneva customers. Now those folks on GMS complain that it was leaked by BNM but how sure are they that the leak was internal and intentional? And isn't it convenient for them to be moving into offices vacated by Genneva?

Anyway, TGG is also on BNM's watch list despite GMS raising a huge fuss about them not being on it once. If anyone is stupid enough to get involved, they deserve whatever's coming to them.

Oh, I just realized. Today's the big day. The magical date that Dee Casey claims that BNM needs to file charges or they will act. Well, its still midnight. Let's see if the action heats up during the day.

Increasing the likes isn't hard. Friends of fans? Trickier. They would need to create additional dummy accounts as well - 8 million worth of them. Doable, but think Facebook would have noticed any suspicious activity going on.

I'm not sure if the 8 million count is overlapping or refers to unique accounts each though.

Don't forget, they are not 'investor'. The are simply 'gold traders'. Now the claim they are 'robbery victims'.

Shit just got real, these holy pat lu and gang are telling their sheep supporters to make a false police report, even the police personal knows.
Pat Lu should insist on making a report, nobody can stop u from making a false police report.
*
HAH! Knew that would happen. It has been pointed out to them before in the past. You have no grounds for an individual police report. For example, if you put a down payment on a LCD tv at a store and the place got robbed, its not up to you to make the police report. The store has to make the report. You have no right to do so on the store's behalf. If you want your down payment back, you have to claim against the store.

Exactly the same concept here. Its supposed to be Genneva who makes the police report if the company really believe its was robbed by BNM.

Dee Casey had promised earlier that he would provide an article on how to make the police report. He has yet to deliver though. I was actually looking forward to it because I wanted to see what sort of 'ingenious' method he might have thought up to get past that bit of technicality. Looks like he's stumped for ideas after all.

Also, has anyone asked or pressured the folks running GMS to make the first police reports themselves to set an example?

Actually, the replies to Dee Casey's post are even more telling. Notice how Travis Loong is instigating DC to lead the way and make the first report? There is yet another reply to that post as to how yet another customer went to file a police report only to be rebuffed. She asked him how they are supposed to go about doing so but he just plain ignored it and focused on attacking Travis instead.

Just goes to show that Dee Casey is really all talk. Claims to be a legal expert of sorts but very obviously is unable to deliver when it counts.

You hear that, you Genneva folks who might still be reading this? This guy that you are looking up to is useless and a fraud. Now until he steps up and at least successfully guides people on how to make a report (even if he is too chicken to make one himself), than this accusation I have leveled against him is correct.

Oh, and this is how he justifies is lack of action so far:

QUOTE
I have said many times previously and I have said to everyone, things will be done "in good time" or "in good stride". That's because I have always believed in doing the right thing at the right time. That is also why I said I will do it at my own pace. What is so difficult in understanding these simple words in English?

Does that sound like a cheap excuse to anyone else? rolleyes.gif

So what now? Are they waiting for the stars to align? Must consult with the some sifu for an auspicious date? All in due time is an excuse. He was the guy who gave out the 90-day deadline, he should have planned ahead. Be ready when the date arrived.

Count me in. Looking forward to that day and meeting the Clark Kents and Peter Parkers of LYN.

But please don't invite the CONS like Pat Lu, Shereen, Andrew or Dee Crazy....will only spoil our session...hee hee smile.gif
Aiyah, beer ar? I don't drink. Well, not that I cannot drink. I just don't like to drink for some reason. Was never fond of beer although I don't mind a glass of wine or 2 at times for special occasions. Can't we do mamak or something?

I actually think meeting the consultants would be an interesting experience. I suppose we could gloat, but mostly I'm just curious to hear their take on this. What people have to say IRL can be quite different from what they would say online. Plus I am curious as to who drew the teddy bear on Shereen's 'Hidup Genneva' t-shirt. Not looking forward to meeting Pat though, if only because she seems a little dour and would very likely give us a long and very loud lecture on our sins or something.

Cricket Lighter For heaven sakes. Either people can't read or they refuse to understand. Dee Casey, the local resident legal expert already told everyone to hold your horses. GMS should be used to this by now, after 3 months of planning and then at the last minute "Hold your horses" instruction from some invisible forces. This is not new. So GMS, you should be used to this by now.

Furthermore, there few people who made the police report or attempt to make their police report, anyone could just read their questions at the police station and make total 100% sense of it. Are you in the same boat? If you are then it does not matter what terrific template you use, if the questions are the same right?

So GMS go think, it has been 90 days++ already ...

This guy is probably one of the more sensible guys on the forum although I'm still trying to figure out if he is for or against Genneva. He seems to be playing both sides lol.

He got that right on the worth of the template. It really doesn't matter what they come up with. It all boils down to that vital 4th question; What proof do you have that you were robbed? There is just no adequate answer to this. Even if we were to assume that the raid was on false premises and unjustified, they still have no grounds for making such a report. No matter what, it has to be Genneva who files it.

Dee can hem and haw however he likes. There's just no getting around this.

8-10 yrs is average?

takkan our gathering 10 yrs later? lol

Well, I think when the folks at GMS snap out of their heebah dream and return back to reality would be a good time to declare case closed...

No lar. Sani fell off the fence a few weeks back. He's now the guy who's equally at pissed at BNM, BN, and Genneva directors also. So need new defintion:

Sani - to blame everyone else for your own problems; its never your own fault.
