The nearest shopping mall will be AEON D'Kayangan (2nd biggest in KV or malaysia). AEONs main advantage will be the location being in the commercial heart of shah alam with all the upper middle class homes, offices/universities (MSU, KDU),hotels, hospitals, intl schools being nearby. As much as pipu can say AEON malls are very average malls, most AEON malls do very well n the spending power of the Shah Alam crowd is extremely HIGH as one can see in the Giant in Sec 13. Btw, shah alam only has the 3rd most number of millionaires in Msia, only behind KL n PJ(incl dsara).
Second mall will be I City which will do very well as they will introduce new brands from thailand n msians are bored of the same old brands but i've seen their brands n i won't even bother shopping there

I city is also close to the elite Section 7 mansions and also north klang.
Metroparks mall would have attract good anchor tenants to become a Grade A mall like Setia City Mall as tropicana's main benefit will be the direct access from the federal highway..
IMHO, setia city is the best mall in klang n shah alam but will have to face stiff competition with 3 new malls n Setia City being separated from other parts of SA because of the NKVE.
