This coming Sat Sun in Tropicana Metropark Sales Gallery, 1pm - 5pm, there will be a party, session kind with Ho Chin Soon speaking on Saturday and Faizal Ridzuan speaking on Sunday on the current property affairs, it is going to be an interesting one.

What I was told there will be > 10% discount + dibs ONLY during this week preview. Only for keen purchaser with 10k cheque submitted before the preview date. So for public still can attend the talks by HCS and FR.

Many people there at the galary.. Today is only for the registration of Paloma. Launching only end month. SA told me price is 850psf but discount, dibs etc still not decided yet.

Wonder how is MetroPark master plan vs the one by BRDB....BRDB land nearer to FH....but where is the access?

     Went to Metropark Sales Gallery over the weekend, response pretty okay, had a good session with Faizul. Launching price is at RM850psq for Paloma, anyone here went and mind chipping in on any information ? |

The project need to wait at least 12 years to mature....cannot say is setelite township...too small..88 acre only....
If Im 35 years old...buy there...move in 40 years old...wait another 10 to 15 years for the area bcome ong... ngam ngam can retired over there.... |
