Update:
On Wednesday, I followed up with the boss again and asked when I can get back my chair? If not, I am agreeable to a refund and compensation. However, there is no response until today.
I wonder how many people facing similar problem? Please contact me so we can decide the next course of action. For now, I am considering filing a consumer tribunal claim.
