HEY BOSS! I SEND MY OFFICE CHAIR TO YOU ON 18.1.2018 AND PAID THE DEPOSIT OF RM100 (INVOICE NO. 0617). I TEXTED YOU SEVERAL TIMES, BUT NO REPLY FROM YOU WHATSOEVER!!! ARE YOU PLANNING TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER OR KEEP HIDING FROM ME???

Update:

I texted 0163913734 and received a call shortly, he promises to ask his partner to handle my complaint. Let's see if they are serious about resolving this issue.

On 18.1.2018, I send my office chair to their factory at Taman Puchong.

As I only have one chair and I know this is a small business for them, so I do not want to be demanding and chasing them.

However, after almost two months I feel that maybe they had forgotten about my chair. Then I texted (010-7827565) on 14.3.2018 to remind him about this but no reply.

Again, I texted the Boss on 17.3.2018 with the Invoice. He did not reply to that. I guess he must be busy.

On 25.3.2018, I texted him another time, but he ignores my message. Still not reading it until today.

Finally, I have enough I think no point text or even call – he can refuse to pick up my calls. Then I remember that I found his phone number from lowyat. I thought maybe I should voice out here so other people will think twice before they approach him.

I was "fortunate" enough to receive a call from the other Boss; he said he would ask his partner to handle this complaint. Also, he claimed that the other number that I texted earlier no longer in use – which I just found out is a lie, I caught him online at WhatsApp a while ago!

Update:

Last Wednesday, the other Boss called and informed me that my chair is ready for collection. As I am only able to collect on Saturday, so I told him accordingly. Guess what I found out on last Saturday?

Yes. I found out that my chair still not wrapped! Subsequently, I called and texted the other Boss, but he did not pick up and return my call at all!

P/s: I was informed that the boss (long hair) runs away already and also, they still owe their staff RM3000.

Update:

On Wednesday, I followed up with the boss again and asked when I can get back my chair? If not, I am agreeable to a refund and compensation. However, there is no response until today.

I wonder how many people facing similar problem? Please contact me so we can decide the next course of action. For now, I am considering filing a consumer tribunal claim.

Final Update

At last, the staff called and informed me that the chair is ready. He WhatsApp me the picture, and I am not let down with his craftsmanship.

I look forward to collecting my chair back this weekend.

I think you need to talk to the boss and set a reasonable time for him to repair and deliver your sofa. Alternatively, you should ask him for refunds all the monies paid and deliver your sofa back to you FOC.

Should he fail or refused to resolve this matter amicably you should file a claim in Consumer Tribunal.

You could register an account at https://ttpm.kpdnkk.gov.my/login and fill up all the particular in Form 1.

Particulars of the Claim:

The Claimant’s claim is for the delay in performance or non-performance of the Respondent’s contractual obligations to refurbish the Claimant’s 3+2+1+1 Sofa set.
