Perhaps SD should JV with Boustead to open another the curve/ikano/IKEA there to cater to south KV population. The land is very strategic and can capture the traffic from PLUS highway.

That land should not just build a mall like AEON, it should have better development not just a mall.

Would prefer Central Pattana than Mydin mall in NI. But maybe SD want CP to open in elmina because they consider elmina as their signature township.

From my monthly borong shopping, mydin have a average track record of being cheap. Tesco overrated n expensive.Giant i seldom go while aeon big have the wider selection of cheap and reduced price item. I usually shop in wngsa maju n mid valley.Kinda hope aeon big open somewhere close to nilai but none existent at this moment.oh well. I guess mydin is the best second option.

When the NI flyover will be open? Ainsdale PLUS exit already opened. Very fast progress.NI seems to be taking things slowly...Any new developments can share?

Price is reasonable but at the current economic and political climate , I'm a bit wary to invest in property. Not sure how the future will unfold. I'm not in the country now so can't go to the launch but will go and see when I'm back ...haha just to check out..

yes I can agree to that...in time of crisis lies opportunity. But I have yet to witness SD slash down prices or giving away super freebies...lets see if SD will or not.

Went to see kiara court after the launch.Most units already taken up.
Managed to book 1 for myself.Served by a nice sales staff Helena. Convinced me. Price is very ok for me.
With 2 covered car parks, swimming pool, gym etc.

Any new launching in Nilai Impian? What's the price and package?
