Ya this ni d location is good n strategic, in fact they were discussing wth aeon on building a mall here but dono wat happen they changed their mind

Staying near a cemetary is a big taboo 4 d chinese so i thnk many of them will avoid orkid 4 own stay n investment.

Still plenty of comm land in ni n sdp is taking it slow n steady
