Lets discuss the future of this township. Will it grow? Is it good or bad place to invest / stay? like to hear opinions from the experts.

Nilai Impian is a 680 acres freehold “Lake Garden Township” built for garden living with lakes, playground, pedestrian walkways and bicycle paths. The township is strategically located within the booming KLIA-Nilai-Pajam growth area, ensuring good capital appreciation of value.

The township also features low density residential development, 2 landscaped lakes and open parks to promote recreational activities.

i went for iluna..waiting to sign SnP too..haha...ppl didnt reply..so decided to take the risk..hope this area will bloom soon...so..what attracted u to nilai impian?

Good choice. I think nilai still under price at the moment. Here need more big developers coming in to create better value. What i knew that ireka group also in nilai now for a 8years project.

kewl. im attracted to the location over price wise. as im working in KL n has possibility to be transferred to Putrajaya, Nilai Impian seems to be the best place. n the accessability seems better than seri pajam too, eventhou seri pajam's finishing is alot nicer sweat.gif

i personally feel its really overpriced at that area by Sime Darby..

I heard they are making another interchange..so this one is for North south highway also? i thought NI is close to hiways already.. blink.gif

Seems over priced..but if u compare with klang valley price..its kinda acceptable i think..bigger house, freehold, reputable developer..no? hmm.gif

The price is still acceptable. Nway bro wat bank did u went wit ur loan? Mine using muamalat but seems tat they cannot armotized the MOT charges as SD insisted the buyr to pay 3mths time after S&P sweat.gif

I tried with HSBC..they wont absorb MOT and loan legal fees, they say need to pay the interest for the amount taken out by the developer (progress interest)..once developer take out final payment from the bank..then start paying full monthly repayment..

anyone know any HSBC panel lawyer? maybe can kawtim the fees.. tongue.gif

Go to Delfina and medina yesterday... But i oso went to seri pajam..
Now confuse.. anyone book in delfina here? less than 10 i think left.

Delfina is better than Medina. Medina is near HTC, light factory, etc.

Delfina can see the lake, jogging track. Nice .... rclxms.gif

1 thing i dont like about delfina is there's a cemetery beside it... apart from the sqft. (if compared to seri pajam la).. but overall, the deals for Nilai impian or Seri pajam seems fair.

Want style, exclusive - go for nilai impian
Want value, Bigger - go for Seri pajam (Aria Type C).

Just my 2 cents. I prefer to listen others opinion... thumbup.gif

Personally I think putra nilai is better since it near to colleges and the town.

i am not familiar with nilai geo actually. tq for alert me. didnt know putra nilai before. biggrin.gif .. i am from shah alam 2 actually..
can i know, from nilai exit (Elite), how is the traffic to putra nilai?

Putra Nilai is across the NSE from Nilai Impian. Both share same exit. From Shah Alam you can also exit at KLIA, then drive east through Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi.
