Sony MDR-ZX770BN has option to plug in wire
*
If you want to plug in wire, might as well as forget about getting wireless audio.

at RM599 you can get a much better Sony wired cans than this(chip in RM100-200)... such as MDR-1A under discount...

Tested my A-15 player on 770BN/950BT with AptX mode

1. FLAC/wav => not worth the money, quality dropped a lot due to limited bitrate, even 320mp3/AAC quality somehow loss against wired.
2. 13 hours battery life => Too short & at least 20 hours needed to be decent & lasting(XB950BT, chip in Rm100 more)

Basically, XB950BT specs is decent to enjoy 320kbps mp3/AAC without experiencing a significant loss in sound quality while offering a decent battery life. Its only downside is the 280gram weight.

how Bluetooth codec reduce the sound quality: (what I perceived so far)

- AptX ==> 320MP3/AAC format (any other format songs bitrate more than 384kbps, will reduced to 384kbps, max bitrate without any loss after compression is 768kbps), supported by most smartphones

- Sony LDAC ==> FLAC and other lossless format which bitrate more than 384kbps and up to 1.8mbps (after 50% lossless compression for transmission is 990kbps), Sony LDAC must be supported by both the player and headphone.(example: my A-15 & MDR-1ABT)

Any song/format which bitrate is more than 1.8mbps (hi-fi records bit rate is 4.5mbps I heard?), LDAC will reduce the quality to 1.8mbps equivalent via compression.

Basically, you can listen to CD-quality songs/albums wirelessly with LDAC supported headphones & players without quality drop (CD-DA bitrate is 1411kbps)

For your case, if you do not have players which support LDAC, you can only get the AptX equivalent sound quality (half of the CD quality bitrate)

you got a 45-hour battery life + LDAC-supported player but choose Z770bn which last only 13 hours?

You got 2 options:

Either going for LDAC-supported headphones;
or else
Go for Wired + AMP setup

Almost any decent smartphone supports AptX, no need A35 just to enjoy AptX playback quality, A35 deserve a better headphone than 770BN.
