Yes, you can.. If your S3 is rooted, you can flash Custom Rom JB release like I do, I am running Omega JB v29... really cool, I would say... Or you can download the Stock Rom JB release and flash via Odin...

Ok. So I was stupid enough to forget that all my data are in the internal sdcard.

Then I was retarded enough to use SuperWipe to wipe the data in attempt to flash a rom.

Then I found out i can't transfer zip file of the rom to my sdcard through my comp.

So, Please any help is highly appreciated. Please sifus ... help

go into recovery mode, choose wipe data / factory reset ?

try use card reader 1st to save your custom rom into memory card
after that g to recovery mode, and flash again

Problem is when I try to copy paste the file into my SDHC 32gb Sandisk sdcard.

It keep says access denied or something.

I read through some other forum saying is that the card reader is outdated or something....

try reformat your Memory card

They say the disk write protected.

after you wipe, you shoulf try reflash it back and wipe agin, after that reboot, reboot sometime took 3 minutes, just need wait
