On the bright side it collapsed during construction and not after ... Many time to fix this minor hiccup and ensure it does not repeat in the other towers.

This project is awfully close to ara green. Shouldn't there be some minimum safety distance?

Based on the pics in the bomba FB, it looks more like scaffolding issue.
I urge the owners of this property to get an answer from villamas regarding this issue. I can't ask much coz I don't own verde but I'm little concern coz I got another project from villamas which is also under developing. |

Normally how can purchaser deal with this since it is still under construction beside waiting the possibility to have LAD due to project delay?
For those purchaser who has lose confident on the project, can they retract the SPA? |
