How purchaser shall be protected under such condition?
Can the purchaser claim back compensation or given a choice to retract the SPA since it is still under construction? |

Normally how can purchaser deal with this since it is still under construction beside waiting the possibility to have LAD due to project delay?
For those purchaser who has lose confident on the project, can they retract the SPA? |
