A friend told me, the results of cholesterol lowering should be able to see after taking for 2 weeks. Anyone ever experienced this?

QUOTE(fillet @ Jun 7 2014, 01:18 AM) Usually, when the LABEL claims that it is healthy... it usually isn't that healthy, but they did it so that it can be sold at a premium.. Is like all claim probiotic has health-benefit, but clinically not all probiotic is the same, and not much is able to go into clinical medical papers like LactoGG, Lactobacillus PCC, Lp299v etc. Most probably your mom ask you to take this. And most probably, your MOM would've heard about from her friends(aunty aunty la) when she goes to the wet market. These aunty aunty probably don't even know its content, just because somebody tell them it's good, they start telling their friends that it's good without even knowing it's contents. the normal aunty la. this product is over-priced(because of it's HEALTH claims), this product is just Oat-Bran . It doesn't matter if it's from sweden or china or .... it's still Oat Bran 500g of NATURAL PURE OAT BRAN cost only RM-7(after conversion) in AUSTRALIAN SUPERMARKETS. Tell you mom/aunty-aunty to start reading and open their eyes. don't just listen. Same goes to Oat BG 22, it is made from Oatwell by DSM rather than any regular oat-bran found at the market. That's mean, the source is reliable. Patented means, what clinical studies being used and claim benefits is the same one, and u r consuming the same one. http://www.dsm.com/markets/foodandbeverage...ls/oatwell.html |

You can just simply go to organic section in certain grocery store to buy organic oat bran, with much much much more cheaper price. An healthy product does not require endorsement from celebrity or well-known doctor, just like an apple, banana and so on. This post has been edited by yan99033: Feb 23 2015, 10:34 AM |

QUOTE(Davidtcf @ Feb 25 2015, 06:35 PM) I mix it in fruit smoothies. I bought bio green oat bran BG100 and also oat bran (packed with paper) from BMS. I can't see any major difference between them. Perhaps they can argue that the BG100 uses premium grade material as compared to the normal organic type. The money is yours. It is up to you to decide. |

Hi, Guys, I recently began eating BG22 with Milo as breakfast and total duration is about 4 weeks. For the past week, I experienced pains at my joints starting from my shoulder which disappear after a few days but then both my knees became painful. I am not sure if this is the side effect of consuming BG22. Anyone has similar experience? The other suspect causing these pains may be Chinese tea which I am also consuming a new brand recently. Hope someone can share their thoughts. Thanks.

Oats are not the healthiest of foods, contrary to popular belief. Oats, like all grains, not only contain gluten, they tend to cause flatulence and are hard to digest. http://www.thehealthyhomeeconomist.com/rea...hard-to-digest/ http://www.healthline.com/nutrition/10-wor...orning#section1 |

Anyone know place to do cholesterol blood test only, not the full range of blood test as just did it recently. Plan to test after 2 months of taking bg22.
