lol Emerald Resident is for female only, opposite of the mamak abraar and Emerald Park, it seems more comfortable and spacious than male apartment.

Emerald Park is for male, still opened to mmu students, but got quota,
as they gave priority to uTem students,
if not mistaken there got 4 block, only 1 block is open for MMU student
