Me hv different philosophy re warranty claims. tongue.gif
Only when the prob kenot b rectified easily, only then & only then wld me try claim.
Not wanna waste time in such pursuits which can b rather stressful & not rewarding in many aspects.
Moreover, if me gotta leave car behind & not able 2confirm if there's been REAL replacement by NEW IMPROVED parts... whistling.gif
Eg in yr case, claimed 2X but ....? doh.gif

Me juz did the sealing myself & my HLamps hv been moisture-free ever since!! rclxms.gif
Din even open up anything...

Here's something I did some time ago but forgot to share it.

For those who installed the cabin filter which is dropped beneath the pollen filter, and consequently suffer from whining sound from the aircon fan. In my case, it was caused by the filter vibrating in the plastic casing due to it not 100% fit.

My solution was to sumbat 2 small pieces of insulflex (or any sponge-like material that is approx 1cm thick) to hold the filter more firmly in it's casing. After that, whining no more!!

Attached Image

Becareful to make sure the insulflex/sponge is secured properly so it doesn't fall below the filter and onto the fan. Hope this helps icon_rolleyes.gif
