before buy cacamy, i drove 2001 iswaga. that time offer rm 29k. drive it for go outstation. as we all know, quality is always argument for proton cars that day. im no richfag that time so iswaga i can afford. after 5 years of ownership, already show many defect. air cond, door knob, switches, lower arm and so on, all got faulty

im thinking that what for i bought new car which is had many faulty thing. and it thought myself, buy a jap car more better as we all know our mentallity adopeted to jap made with its famous top notch reliability and quality even it sell as used one

on 2007, i sell iswaga. then bought used cacamy. all in good shape. just body not so cun and need to repaint. on 1st place, really syok to drive. 2010 onwards, show some symptom. macam2 rosak. alternator, distributor, fuel pump, steering rack, starter etc...... what the heck? jap car suppose to last long. i've done so many fixing and repairing which cost almost rm20k since owned it

to prevent we (i and wifu) dun want to spent many money, decided sell cacamy. then flx se now my current car

on my experience, comparing both car (iswaga and cacamy), i should say iswaga more cheaper to maintain. parts easy to get and affordable price. cacamy? urg!!! again pain in the a$$. most of parts have to rely on chop shop. summore, cacamy (this is sxv10 version) parts seems obsolete in this world. if lucky get genuine, that fine. just its price really not make sense. that time really FUBAR ( f**ked up beyound all recognition)

i got a neighbour whch his son bought nissan sentra. not n16 one. i think below that. he also thought used jap car really reliable. but then, he's also same boat with me. many $$$ spend to his car. lastly, he told me if still breakdown after this, dun want buy jap car anymore. so he's eyeing proton cars

eventho my gaga 3++ month old, hope that it serve me better during ownership. maybe my gaga is my last car. use it until got grandchildren

I just had a conversation with my fren, he was asking to buy a dugong. Since he insist, I suggest for a 2nd hand dugong for 40k, but he said 2nd hand car always give problem,need to repair this repair that dowan! I said fine, u buy a new dugong, whatcha gonna do with the Gancil? He wanted to sell it 2nd hand. I offer RM3k, he said too low. Then start telling me how good his car is, regular service lar, no problem at all lar, aircon cold lar, this lar that lar bla bla bla. I shoot him back, u say 2nd hand car sure got problem 1 ma. U say need to repair this repair that ma.

Buying a 2nd hand car is a risk. You know, I know, everybody knows. Don't expect to buy it and drive like its fresh out from the factory. Some crusial thing u should change immediately before u start whacking the car, such as:

Cabin filter/Air filter(if its dirty)
Engine oil
Gear oil
Brake fluid
Tangki flush
Power steering fluid
Timing belt/acc belt

Check alignment, swap tires if need be. Change tire if expired. Unless previous owner supply with full maintenance record with receipts, otherwise those are time bombs.
