they might have developer discount who knows?...saujana damansara area is high end place....do u look at centerstage at pj section 13 that fetch RM1200 above per sf? you will know what the meaning of luxury by then.......
for me..nova saujana is a good take.......

A simple search on I property yields the result that centerstage is going for 850-1k. Moreover, that's PJ and this is beside the highway
. At 650, the entry price is reasonable but if ur planning to flip it at 900 ish, well good luck!

leasehold at potpouri is selling RM800 per sf above yet the take up rate is good....property price is never down for good location.....moreover nova saujana is manage by pavilion....dun be negetive bro on ara and saujana damansara...we are not buying flat at ara damanansara or freehold property at bangi or seremban 2....or saujana putra.....check up launching price of amaya and the price of amaya now....smile.gif))

Amaya was launched many years back and most props made money during this period.
Amaya price going up cos they know Nova will block their exposure to the highway tongue.gif

Just because a property sells well, doesn't mean the price will increase after VP.
Are u planning to rent/flip or stay?

just a sharing forum bro....so wats is ur ideal suggestion on a good property location whereby nowadays prime location is all also over Rm1k per sf..dun mention seremban 2 la......heheheeh

Haha I think seremban sucks too but it used to be wayy too cheap. Those who held on to the homes in Seremban are yielding much btr profits than some Selangor props.

if you are living in kl or pj prime location.....u would not want to move to seremban bro.....even how cheap or you would also not invest in semenyih altot is booming now and you would also not invest in bangi...beranang.....no matter how after five years u will see the price is sure more than RM1300 per sf....that time u will only sigh...rm1000 per sf is too cheap...lol.....
