A simple search on I property yields the result that centerstage is going for 850-1k. Moreover, that's PJ and this is beside the highway
. At 650, the entry price is reasonable but if ur planning to flip it at 900 ish, well good luck!

Amaya was launched many years back and most props made money during this period.
Amaya price going up cos they know Nova will block their exposure to the highway tongue.gif

Just because a property sells well, doesn't mean the price will increase after VP.
Are u planning to rent/flip or stay?

Haha I think seremban sucks too but it used to be wayy too cheap. Those who held on to the homes in Seremban are yielding much btr profits than some Selangor props.

I must say, the units closest to the LRT track are only 30M from the track n also few floors corner will be directly facing the tracks..

The station is also 600-800m away but NOT walking distance as 1 is near evolve mall/pacific place & other one near kelana business square..

Despite being right beside the elite glenmarie court, the 850psf price is not justified as its TOO close to the NKVE & LRT. Would be interesting to see the rental demand n subsale value as the facade is quite mid-high end..

Yes all these adds up to the noise from LRT n HIGHWAY (hijauan). i think nova would also face competition from many new AD/saujana condos in the area..
