Do you all Nova saujana purchaser think that a pedestrian bridge over to Citta Mall will enhance the value of NS residential unit and the success of its retail units?

citta mall just a half dead mall...if wan be alive...must try to attract crowds from other places...

with pedestrian bridge also can walk to lrt...

without, can only see the lrt

Actually Citta Mall is okay. They have decent food there, a pet shop, a supermarket.
Not too bad actually as a neighborhood mall that you might go on a weekday night after work.

But I hope that there's at least two restaurants in Nova itself for some lazy days. biggrin.gif

yup. parking is not a problem in citta mall. Tesco also not far away.

Actually nova facilities are quite lousy... very very basic... if comparing to The Potpourri... Nova is way behind.
