Lower Ground, aka Concourse towards LRT there, opposite Nando/1901 hotdog.

There is another one at the opposite end near Pizza Hut, not sure still around or not.

Better rate at KLCC is to walk to Wisma Central. Got 2x there.

My advise is, unless you are changing RM10k or more, no point drive/transport + parking + waste time all the way to a specific location, just to save the 0.2 percent rate, which maybe just few RM. Worse is they say no stock, finish!
Unless you are some currency cash trader dealing in millions of RM but then, you won't be asking such questions here.

Just pick those at Mid-Valley when you go there is good enough.

Whether you should change now or not, goto Yahoo Finance, Oanda, etc. get few years history and plot a graph in Excel. You will see a pattern there.

Yes,you should start changing as the rate are low now... Currently at sungai Wang got notes but they don't have for Australia dollar. I remember I monitor for three month now is the low rate la... The highest they go is 2.61 then at beginning may is 2.54 and maintain till now... You should check your surrounding area see the rate is at 2.45-2.49 I think it's ok....

Damn ! USD appreciated so fast now. Just changed at Galaxy Pacific ioi mall at rm3.135 per dollar.

Wisma Central confirm has better rate. Those tourist who knows, I can see them walk there.

Bukit Bintang rate is confirmed better than KLCC.

for those in PJ folks.. i strongly recommend Laut Wang Money Changer in TTDI.. the rates offered there are v competitive with those in MV or Sg Wang.. Can nego some more if u change more..

Just exhanged another AUD1000 @ 3.15. No choice dy, travelling soon. Can never expect the trader to revise their selling price even thought the currency already drops. Either that, or no stock reply.

Where? Last weekend also ~ 3.15 in MV. but that time 3.08.. Today rate drop again to 3.065 BNM.. so probably 2moro can get ~ 3.12 there liao?

At melaka one, near stadhuys. Last week Friday 3.14 @ Pavillion but no stock, 3.18 @ KLCC didnt bother to ask got stock or not. Cannot expect them to revise down so fast wan.
