assuming you're able to lock down enemies, i dont see what's the point of having amethyst gems in the given sockets. Try substitute it with topaz. Moreover, your wand and orb damage are just significant, change it to a better one which gives more average damage.

52% CC is high to be honest. I probably can sacrifice a little to create room for iAS.

I sacrifice my vitality...buy cheap2 item with high INT & CC (this one really help) in AH with the price less than 50k. Spend less than 200K. Now dps up from 45k to 75k. Now I can beat ACT 3 easily...
