according to bnet forums there is a break point in aspd for WW to work efficient, i only remember it is higher than 2.3
will need to get more attack speed items.

I'm also lost....should I complete my set? Chantodo Will...and Chantodo Force.

I dont know what to look for except for crit chance 10.0 for Force and attack speed + 9%.

if pairing with the set will get extra 130 int, that wiill boost further on dps isnt it?

Passive Cold Blooded, Galvazing and Crit Mass

DPS boost by Deep freeze +15%, Bubble +20%, Cold Blood +20%

EB - Chain reaction is lvl 5x spell    but the electrochute-chain lightning works wonderfully along with frost nova+blizzard+energy twister. I am like a moving hurricane
no worry, we tanker are meant to tank only. leave the killing to the dpser.

the indicator is good, at least I know where to send the pew pew

Reactive Armor - Ranged and melee attackers are shocked for 70% weapon damage as Lightning.
Once they had the will to kill me, they got the shock.
