yes i noe how u feel,

wizards are the ony class with skills that comes with diminishing effect eg: glass canon / energy armor reduce amount of AP when turned on
and low dmg boost from skills.

i oledi rolled a barb and he is much more efficient in terms of: mobility/dmg/survivability and cheaper too
a 100k dps wiz on sheet vs a 100k dps barb on sheet = barb is a killing machine

yes many pipu who made many threads complaining in bnet forums about this, but no responseo

ony remark i remember was: the proc rate nerfs on WW/SC is justified given the incredible proc effect on legendary items eg: slorak wand
