need frostburn...

ALREADY play about 6 months.... not seeing a single FROSTBURN.....

i gambled 3 month only seen 1 with very f***ed stats.

what's with the new frostburn? cold build?

srsly I'm so focusing on my WD but 2.1 patch note made me stim for making a cold-wizard.

the freezing rate is quite high. However, getting a duo-fecta or tri-fecta for this glove is hard as hell. With the upcoming massive upgrade for wizards, its good to have frostburn.

For me, im waiting for Firebird build. For freezing, with >50% cooldown, i think frost nova is more than enough to freeze enemies especially when pair with Event Horizon Black Hole.

Why stim? If im not mistaken, all three elements for Wizards are boosted significantly. So significant until Wand of Woh look less appealing due to the reduction of cooldown to 3 secs for EB skill

not to mention if we pair it with the crazy blizzard which guarantee freeze!

p/s: Thought about it, I was thinking if I use the fireball build again but with the new fire rain (which is counted into the stack) *deep breath*

confirm will be nerf-ed. The abuse rate is definitely high.

Not just that. EB chain reaction + Wand of WOH is consider good enough to activate FireBird Firey Magic. One EB damaged 530%, now you chain it 6 times, gerenti more than 3000%. If we have additional fire % damage or skills + Audacity and etc, you can imagine how easy this will activate the burning damage.

However, despite the goodies, you can only imagine how hard it is going to be in Greater Rift. I'm not surprised if 3000% is not 'enough'

Have anyone tried The Magistrate + serpent sparker build before? Just got a magistrate helm with pretty decent rolls last nite. Had that serpent sparker wand weeks ago but didnt find it appealing to use, but with the magistrate, it's kinda fun build to play around... But remember, it straight suck all the AP per cast including initial 40AP (hence power hungry rune is useless). Basically anything that ups maximum Arcane Pool is a huge advantage, albeit per cast.

yeah, this is why his use two skills to generate arcane back fast.

Yup, actually its one primary skill but need two skills to perform like 2 in 1 drinks.

I wonder if Mirror image helps......

used that b4 but finds the frost nova didnt fire often enough to prove useful. not sure if that can be shortened with cdr though.

Nah it didnt for me. I also skip magistrate when i tried in battles. I find it pointless which i prefer frostburn to proc for freezing effect

Is it true that frostburn only proc for primary skills and your weapon has to be cold dmg element?
