Hellrack with chance to freeze + star of azkaranth with chance to freeze is a cheaper alternative to Buriza
cons: dont hv the chance to pierce target like buriza
pros: chance to root mobs to the ground

my baby wiz scoundrel is using hellrack+azkaranth+cold soj and its working just fine altho not as good as buriza

Nope .. Buriza is ilvl42 so it will drop in Act 3 Nightmare (mlvl 41-47)
Best leg drop in Hell is Homunculus mojo ... i looted one with 19 zdog reduction while helping a fren power lvl and it sold for 200m in AH

yw .. np bro .. a fren looted a Buriza in arreat crater 2 from a white ranged mobs .. so u might wanna try your luck there .. i think one of those spear throwing mobs dropped BDK for him .. FoS n Rakkis is a good place as well imo.

...can still use the SnS build minus Teleport (Wormhole) plus Meteor (Liquefy) with 20 APoC and Chantodo Force with -5 AP Meteor reduction cost so, the APoC hotfix didn't kill off my wizard's preferred build yet. Unfortunately, it's no longer feasible to spam Meteor (Molten Impact) smoothly.
